Louis Scarpa

Simplification Strategist

With 15 years’ experience as an educator, program director and professional musician, Louis brings right-brain, left-brain sensibilities to his work with The Haykel Group.

For ten years, he served as Director of Music Ministry at Saints Peter & Paul Church in Hoboken, NJ and  as assistant to the president and director of development at Assumption College in Mendham, NJ.

He works for The Haykel Group as a project manager and simplification strategist since 2007 playing key roles on several recent projects for Country Financial, American Express and Options for College. He has also organized workshops for Simply Student Aid, a Haykel Group spin-off, and has led recent marketing efforts on behalf of its College Access Initiative.

Louis holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts in history, cum laude, both from Seton Hall University.
